In recent years, with the development of network technology and the progress of journalism, netnews post-bumping has become a new kind of news commentary. It is the impact and challenge of traditional news commentary, also is complement and development of traditional news commentary. By analyzing collected data, we found that the research of netnews post-bumping is focused on the perspective of journalism and communication, very few people to study it from the perspective of linguistics. Therefore, it is necessary for us to research on the netnews post-bumping language.We do the thesis from the perspective of linguistics, with the related theories of rhetoric, context and pragmatic, to systematically analyze and discuss the language of netnews post-bumping, in order to elaborate it from a new point of view. The full text is divided into five parts.Chapter one, briefly described the meaning, characteristics, the research status of netnews post-bumping, and briefly discussed the research ideas, methods, corpus sources, value and innovation of this paper.Chapter two, combining external carrier and function, deeply analyze the language characteristics of the Netnews post-bumping.
