Study Of Medieval Japanese Consonant Evolution Of Modern Chinese Dialects In The Speech

The characteristic of the middle initial "RI" in "qie yun" system is:the initial is concluded as [nz](by wang li’"hanyu shigao"); as "san deng" word, finals start with [i]. These kinds of words have changed a lot in modern Chinese dialects. The purpose of writing this article is to show the developments of the middle initial "RI" in the modern Chinese dialect, so as to explore the change rules. So, this article use201dialects points from the dialect of monographs have been published, dialect and papers, published excellent to do the research. In the article, we collect39words’speeches which from "the dialect investigation word table". Through the comparison, induction and analysis, this article preliminary sort out the survey of speech of the middle initial "RI" in modern Chinese dialects. The article mainly including the following contents:I, We summarizes the middle initial "RI" pronunciation evolution types, evolution characteristics and geographical distribution in ten big dialect areas. This part is divided into two categories:"er lei zi" and "fei er lei zi".Ⅱ, We discusses the phonetic evolution of the middle initial "RI". Firstly, we analysis the middle initial "RI" from two aspects:"er lei zi" and "fei er lei zi". Secondly, we analysis the evolution characteristics of the middle initial "RI" from two aspects:"wen du" and "bai du".Through the analysis the evolution characteristics of the middle initial "RI" in modern Chinese dialects, this paper draws two conclusions:I, The evolution characteristics of the middle initial "RI" in modern Chinese dialects medieval showed strong north-south difference:"er lei zi" in the northern dialects are largely developed into "zero initial words", while in the southern dialects, the middle initial "RI" retains the initials;"fei er lei zi" in the northern dialects are largely developed into voiced fricative, while in the southern dialects of the Wu dialect area, the Gan dialect area, the Xiang dialect area, the Yue dialect area, the Pinghua and Tuhua dialect area, the middle initial "RI" are largely kept the pronunciation of it has in the ancient times.Ⅱ, The speed of evolution characteristics of the middle initial "RI" in the northern dialects is faster than the southern dialects. The evolution characteristics of the middle initial "RI" in the northern dialects shows a lot of consistency; a lot of consistency; while in the southern dialects, it presents a complex and difference side.To sum up, The evolution characteristics of the middle initial "RI" in modern Chinese dialects medieval is more complex, characterized by consistency and inconsistency. On the one hand, the evolution of the different dialects area may have the same type, this is consistent. On the other hand, the evolution of the same dialect area can develop different types, this is not consistent.
