This paper studies the history of Warsaw Ghetto which existed during the World War Ⅱ, intend to expose the Nazi’s holocaust crimes, commend the Polish Jews strong Spirit of Resistance.This paper is deviled into four parts.The first chapter discusses the reasons and process of Warsaw Ghetto. On September1,1939, the German Wehrmacht invaded Poland, form then on they begin to drive the Jews to the concentration of big cities in eastern Poland. In order to control the Jews who concentrated in Warsaw, at the same time to achieve the goal of complete isolation of Jews, the Nazis eventually completed the Warsaw Ghetto in November1940.The second chapter discusses the social life in Warsaw Ghetto. In order to effectively control the daily life of about400,000Jews lived in Ghetto, some institutions such as Judenrat were founded based on the Nazi’s instruction to supervise the Ghetto. In order to survive, the Jews against the Nazi persecution by means of smuggling goods and materials, opening of schools, establishing of secret political organizations.The third chapter discusses two great deportations conducted by Nazis. During the deportations of July1942and January1943, most Jews were deported to Treblinka Extermination Camps and then were murdered in there. As the news spread, the Youth Movement in the Warsaw Ghetto begins to organize secret military organizations to against Nazis.The forth chapter discusses the extermination of the Warsaw Ghetto. On February1943, the Nazis issued a final decree to eliminate the Warsaw Ghetto. On April19,as the Nazis entering the Warsaw Ghetto, the Jews initiated a rebellion which was brutally suppressed, in the end the Warsaw Ghetto was no longer in existence.The Warsaw Ghetto was hard evidence of the Holocaust; it reflected the antihuman crimes of Nazis. The revolt of Warsaw Ghetto reflected the Jew’s brave and unyielding resistance spirit, it convincing refute the wrong idea which describes Jews who confronted the Holocaust as lamb; it also became one of proud historical events of all Jews.
