In the early seventh century, in order to further control Tibetan Plateau and itssurrounding area so as to consolidate and promote governance of plateau. Tubo SongXan Gan Bbu determined to settle in Lhasa from Yanaon. The event is a landmark inthe Tibetan history. In particular, it plays an important role in the whole history of theancient Tibetan, and has far-reaching historical influence. Whether it is settlement orestablishment is controversial for a long time between domestic and internationalTibetan experts, but from the most relevant monographs or view tends to settlement.And when analyzing the source of historical events, most researchers expand theirresearches from politics and religion perspective. In recent years, along with the risingand development of ancient geology, paleoclimatology and Tibetan historicalgeography research, although some scholars relate to geographic environmentalfactors on the impact of capital, but they fail to do more in-depth and detailed researchand interpretation. From themacroscopic perspective, conducts contrast research from different region......There isa significant and even decisive influence for geographic environmental factors......Quality of geographic environmental factors restrict the development of productivity,thus it has the significant influence on the development of social production, socialeconomic structure and social structure. At the same time, image that in more than onethousand years ago, Tibetan people on the Qing-Tibet Plateau, because of the lowproductivity levels, and the great dependence on the natural environment, thegeographical environment in ancient times plays decisive role in the social, economic,cultural, military, political and religious aspects of the history of the developmentprocess. Therefore, it can be said that the geographical environment is not only the material carrier of human survival and development but also the hotbed which nourishthe human spirit culture. The thesis consists of four chapters and eleven sections.Based on the relevant historical literature, it tries to systematically analyze andcompare some historical events in the Lhasa from the geographical perspective andmakes a conclusion that some historical events are closely related to geographicalenvironment.
