Creation Of Seal Calligraphy

The big Seal Script Art, as one of the emerging one, is indispensable in the calligraphy. On account of the big seal script was used in communication in pre-Qin Dynasty, therefore, the research of literal data in pre-Qin Dynasty is closely bound up with the development of writing of big Seal Script. From QinDynasty to Qing Dynasty, although the big seal script writing as art hasn’t existed, the research about it has never stopped. For this reason, this articlewill try to study it further from the Qin Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. As everyone knows, calligraphy is a kind of art which pays considerable attention to its heritage,hence,this paper will mainly analyse Wu Dacheng’s and HuangBinhong’art, as well as those which were classics in pre-Qin Dynasty.Through tracing to the very beginnings of it,and hoping to get inspiration from the calligraphic experience, thoughts and achievements of Wu Dacheng and Huang Binhong, it intends to combine previous experience of writing and literal data of history of pre-Qin Dynasty, eventually,to enrich the art of big seal script of nowadays.
