Subsequently, Taiwanese films are attracting audiences’attention, with the strong impact of the Hollywood movies; the number of Taiwanesefilm began to decline. Until2008,the love art film "Cape.7", which directed by WeiTe-sheng, created a miracle, it earned more than5billion New Taiwan dollars at thebox office. In recent years, the new generations of Taiwan directors are using theircreative to create many a excellent movie works, Taiwanese films began to show thesign of rejuvenation.The first chapter of this paper simple combined the Taiwanese film history, sortedout the development history of Taiwanese film. In this essay the writer uses boththeories and methods to analysis Taiwan films. The writer also chose seven Taiwaneselocal films as the research subjects.
