Dmitry Dmitrievitch Shostakovitch(1906-1975) was the former Soviet union in the20thcentury’s greatest composer and pianist. His art life is full of legend, and controversial, but thisdoes not affect his occupies a special position in the history of music in Russia.This article selects shostakovich an early piano works-suite maxim analysis, aiming for apiano teacher and players are the focus of the work, to expand the music repertoire, and makemore people to learn and play.In this paper, the text is divided into three parts: the first part from the time background ofshostakovich’s life and his music life, explore the creation of the composer road and artisticcharacteristics; The second part, from five aspects, such as melody, harmony, rhythm and tempoof maxim to conduct a comprehensive analysis of music; The third part through performanceskills in the practice and timbre, strength and pedal Angle to explore the playing technique ofmaxim. Conclusion part of this thesis summarizes Chinese version and play the part ofexploration.
