In this thesis, the concept of Chinese landscape painting and modern design,content elements comparison, analysis, aims to identify differences and theirmetaphysical and a physical relationship can converge to eventually practice at thetechnical level to guide the creation of Chinese landscape painting by to improveawareness of this modern tradition of landscape painting and meet the modernaesthetic.The first chapter of this article discusses the current state of research purpose,meaning and the subject of its research and innovation, the method of analysis and abrief overview of cultural roots starting from the second chapter describes the twotypes of Chinese landscape painting and modern design differences in ways ofthinking and compatibility, and then in the third chapter of the core content of thetwo sides separately overview article discusses the fourth chapter ideologically bothmacro-and micro-grafting is technically logical path and method. The fifth chapterpresents the conclusion part of modern Chinese landscape design theory at the macroand micro grafting logic paths and methods need to continue the current Chinesepainter of the deep exploration and practice tests.The purpose of the paper is to study in the actual creation of landscape painting, themodern consciousness more clearly, in both inherit Chinese cultural traditions,ethnic characteristics, based on the aesthetic of the times to create a line of work.
