With the development of the times, the progress of science and technologyconstantly promotes the diversification of information communication. Electronicequipment such as mobile phone, computer aside announced that we have alreadyentered the information age of the internet. But everything has two sides. As we enjoyconvenience and fast information communication service that the development of thenetwork brings at the same time, some of the characteristics of the network itself hascaused many problems to the netizen, such as diverse forms of Internet crimes flood inthe network space. Besides, due to the virtualization of network, and the lack of legalaspects of cyber crime in our country and now the Internet fraud and tort in ourcountry’s crime cannot be dealt with timely and effective. Considering the abovesituation, the network real-name system arises at the historic moment.As users of the blog feel invisible restrictions, the real-name tweeting registrationwill affect the appearance of freedom of expression and opinion market what microbloggers expect. The reason for this is that the introduction of real-name tweetingregistration makes micro bloggers in the release of the more sensitive remarks willaffect the diversity of the remarks scruples, making remarks released by themicro-blogger virtually suppressed. Real-name tweeting registration is regarded as aneffective control of the content of the speech of the citizens forms of coercion, caused ahuge controversy in the related areas of our country. I consider the real-name tweetingregistration caused by legal disputes as the content of my own research, hoping to locatethe Freedom of speech on the Internet well, and make the rights of personal problemssuch as reputation, privacy and intellectual property at a suitable place.The article is divided into three parts: The first part mainly start from the meaningof the real-name tweeting registration and freedom of speech on the Internet, thenanalysis it’s relation between individual rights such as privacy, reputation andintellectual property; The second part is about combine with the typical case of ourcountry and abroad, from the positive and negative aspects to explore the legal issuesarising from the real-name tweeting registration in our country; The third part is aboutthe legal relationship built on the real-name tweeting registration. Combined with what Ilearn in school, I have some opinions to perfect legal mechanisms and improve legalawareness, wishing to help the legal relationship clarity between the freedom of speechon the Internet and individual rights caused by the real-name tweeting registration.
