On The National Economic Security Of Foreign M & A Review System

Since2001,when China joined the WTO,foreign direct investment in China goes into massgrowth period.They bring obviously benefits on investment overspread,technical advancement,andstate market development in China.Positively introducing foreign direct investment plays anirreplaceable role in development of economy in China.However,with enlarging the scale of introducing foreign investment,the foreign investorshave the tendency of sole investment and strengthen merger in China.Facing the great wave offoreign capital merger,an unprecedented attention focus on the issue that whether foreign capitalmerger seriously affect our national economic security.With frequently occurred foreign capitalmerger cases,various statements about it appear one by one.Different voices and dispute come tothe unprecedented and vigorous degree.It is an urgent affair to adjust timely our external policyaccording to the enlarging scale of foreign capital merger,and solve well the problem of makinguse of foreign direct investment and guarantee national economic security.Therefore,our government and corporations should publish relevant policy to further improvethe quality and level of using foreign capital,avoid foreign capitals realize monopoly control ourmarket and technology by the chance of sole investment and merger.At present in domestic,it islack of strategic perspective for the research of the relationship between foreign capital merger andnational economic security.The research still only emphasis on the concept,context,policy.Affectand some other aspects of national economic security,not grasp the essence of it,so they can’tguarantee our national economic security in deed.The research purpose of this article is to study on the dimension,essence and propose policyof national economic security based on the perspective of foreign capital merger.At last,this articlediscusses the key strategy of guarantee national economic security is improving comprehensivecompetition power.It mainly applies the research method of combining theory withpractice,combining normative analysis with positive analysis,and combining macro with microanalysis.
