Through this research, not only can put forward the suggestions for lawabout perfect the network privacy protection,but also can provide correspondingtheoretical guidance to legislation enforcement and judicial practice. At the sametime,the research can put forward effective methods of manage behaviors of businessorganization to reduce the occurrence of infringe upon network privacy behaviors.Specifically, the structure is mainly divided into the following five parts: Thefirst chapter discusses the network environment on the impact of the privacyprotection, it is divided into three small parts. The fifth chapter analysis problems in our network privacy protection,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This part is divided into twoparts, the first section puts forward the problems of our network privacy protection.According to the problems mentioned in the first quarter,the second quarter putsforward some corresponding legislation and supporting improvement suggestions.
