Research In The Field Of Law Enforcement Building Works

A person may be not contacted directly with the judicial organs, But no one can completely insulated from law enforcement, it is closely related to people’s practical benefits. In recent years, there are more problems in construction safety areas in China. Although we don’t have many literatures about enforcement style, researchers also have their views about how to protect Construction safety and Improve the level of law enforcement. Some researchers think that safety accidents are related to less safety investment, imperfect regulatory system and human feelings. They think supervision mechanism should be focus on innovation and constructing enterprise’s safety culture to ensure construction safety.If we want to understand the real law enforcement problems in the field of construction safety, we need to put the problem in to law enforcement process to discuss. So, in my study, I’ll record the whole inspections, use the thinking of legal anthropology fieldwork "small institutions-big problem" as the guidance, use it’s case to analysis their enforcement style and show us the real inspections of the Safety supervision bureau. I found their enforcement style is iterant and patterned. Economy system, incompleted law system, government idea and inspectors’experience are the reasons of their unaffected law enforcement. Then, I analyse why Safety supervision bureau do like this. At last, I advance that we need the law that can respond the real enforcement to play its proper role of law in the law enforcement and the paper finally points out the probable of the response pattern.
