The phenomenon that doing not abide by the law is growing in the administrative organ and their staff member. Reality is hit by entire supervision system disorder but ample and the supervision system’s procedure is stagnant and weakness. It is also lack of the independence and authority, etc. There is very distant difference between the effect supervising and public’s anticipating, and our country’s administrative supervision system is not enough to adapt to the socialist market economy and administration and governing the country according to law. Therefore, urgently need to reform the current administrative supervision system in our country.Based on the comparative analysis of Chinese and western administrative supervision system, and fully draw lessons from western developed countries advanced supervision system and practical experience, the paper have carefully combed the current situation of our country administrative supervision system and fully confirm the achievement, dare to face the problem, in-depth to explore the causes of the problem.
