Network of spiritual civilization which refers to the progress of current situationof internet-based life not only indicate that concretely as the positive internet behavior,higher ideological, political appreciation, moral character, the lofty moral stature ofmorality and legality, but also indicate the complete internet behavior standards,norms, value system. To study the construction of network spiritual civilization is ofgreat significance for socialist spiritual civilization construction and the healthydevelopment of network culture and man’s development in an all-round way.In this paper, we adopt questionnaire method to earn the present situation withour spiritual civilization construction, and put forward the realistic approach tostrengthen the network spiritual civilization construction by analyzing the mainproblems and its reasons. This article will be divided into three chapters excluding theepilogue. In the first chapter, we will talk about the introduction including the conceptor definition of the network construction of spiritual civilization, the main content ofthe network construction of spiritual civilization and its significance. In the secondchapter， we well mainly analyze the present situation of spiritual civilizationconstruction include summarization of progress and main problems with constructionof spiritual civilization at present and analysis causes with network construction ofspiritual civilization about problems. In the third chapter, we will promote realisticapproaches to strengthen the network construction of spiritual civilization---weoptimize the environment of the network construction of spiritual civilization at first,renovate the method of spirit civilization construction secondly, improve the qualityof the network of the spiritual civilization construction team for the third step, andimprove the regulatory mechanism spiritual civilization network in the last.The innovation of this paper lies in the following points where the conceptdefinition network of spiritual civilization, the formulation the main contents ofnetwork spiritual civilization construction including network morality construction,network culture construction and network legal system construction, to earn thepresent situation and main problems and the reasons with our spiritual civilization construction through the questionnaire survey, and the innovation of spiritualcivilization construction.
