Expropriation of housing relative to the previous post in2011produced alot of progress, including changes in the housing levy and compensation principles, aclear theme of expropriation and compensation, for the first time established thetimes imposed protective value of the house as well as the imposition of the standardthe rights reverted to the judiciary. But China’s current system of state-owned landhousing levy is not perfect, there is not considered to be imposed to all state-ownedland use right part of the value, while the expropriation process of publicparticipation mechanism is not perfect and other issues.
