The War of Resisting U.S. Aggression and Aidding Korea in Xinjiangmovement is the frist large-scale joined by people movement.During themovement,patriotic education as the main line runs through it, and we can safely saythat the War of Resisting U.S. Aggression and Aidding Korea is also a massivepatriotic education campaign, and has an important impact. In order to investigate thehistorical development context and characteristics of patriotic education about theWar of Resisting U.S. Aggression and Aidding Korea in Xinjiang movement,thepaper trys to investigate the detail through the comprehensive system reports.Fristly,the author will provide a theoretical basis for the inspection thepatriotic education of the War of Resisting U.S. Aggression and AiddingKorea,which from the basic concepts of the interpretation of patriotism.Secondly,author will try to introduce the historical origins of the patriotic education campaignin Xinjiang of the War of Resisting U.S. Aggression and Aidding Korea. It beganwith1950in April, as the World Peace Conference held that called for worldpeace-loving and against colonial aggression,China actively response to.Later, Chinastoped the United States to sent troops to Korea, along the Seventh Fleet moved intothe Taiwan Strait and the bombing of Northeast in China, so Xinjiang and the othercountry have carried out the campaign of defending world peace signature campaignWeek,and the campaign against U.S. imperialism invaded Taiwan Korean SportsWeek,and the campaign to protest against the U.S. bombing of our Northeast andother activities.Thridly,author will emphasis the steps of the patriotism movement inXinjiang of patriotic education. This article divided the patriotism movement inXinjiang into three stages.Firstly, namely from November in1950to March in1951.The main content of the patriotic education is the so-called “Three Views",namelyeducation, current events, and with school campaign in winter. Mainly carried aboutin the the individual central city of Xinjiang and peri-urban rural areas.Secondly,namely from April in1951to May in1951. Patriotic education occuredfrom urban to rural areas, intellectuals toward the masses, around the "May Day" demonstrations expand. Thirdly, namely from June in1951to December in1951.The patriotic education was wide-spreaded and bacame the daily educationalcontent,which focused on publicity claim, and became a campaign offormedleadership, organized specification trend. Fourthly, is a summary of thecharacteristics and experience of the patriotic education campaign in theXinjiang,which tell people that must firmly be highly consistent with the central anddemonstrates the country’s sovereignty and national interests above all else firstly.The second is to promote the combination of patriotism and international organic.The third is to guide the religious war movement are combined with the the War ofResisting U.S. Aggression and Aidding Korea in Xinjiang,and try to the diversityand unity of the Chinese culture. The fourth is to mobilize all ethnic groups join inthe War of Resisting U.S. Aggression and Aidding Korea in Xinjiang and to defendour motherland, and to promote national unity.
