A Study On The Agricultural Patriotic And High-Yield Movement In Fuling County In The Early Years Of New China(1952-1953)

Agricultural Patriotic and High-yield Movement,or called Patriotic increase Production Movement,A Campaign to increase Production and Save Expense,and there are different versions.But it was certain that this movement took place in an extremely complex domestic and foreign environment in the Early Years of New China.During this period,the state's financial and economic situation was severe,the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea also brought pressure on the state's finances,while there were some phenomena of waste in all walks of life.All this has forced the Communist Party of China to improve the country's difficult situation by "increasing production and saving expense".In October 1951,After Mao Zedong held the third session of the first national committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference,he called for "increasing production and practising economy to support the Chinese people's Volunteers",the production movement developed in rural areas is the main body of discussion,and put it in this period in the general campaign of mutual assistance and cooperation in the "organized" context and under the campaign of "patriotic" discourse system."Organizing" is an important means to solve the problem of the dispersion and shortage of means of production and labor in traditional agricultural production in China.At the same time,it is also an important way to guide and organize peasants to the path of socialism.Patriotism is the gradual formation of peasants in the movement to support the war to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea and defend the country.The Communist Party of China in the movement as a call,in part to achieve the people's politicalidentity of the new regime established by the Communist party.This paper attempts to abandon the tendency of the grand narrative of traditional Chinese Communist party history research,based on the archives of the Fuling district archives Bureau,the library collection of the Fuling district of Chongqing and the Chongqing edition.Xinhua Daily,the Eastern Sichuan News and so on,with the research paradigm of political and social history,the "man" in the Agricultural Patriotic and High-yield Movement is regarded as the center of investigation and discussion,and more attention is paid to the activities of "man" in the movement.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the great production movement in Yenan period,and explores the historical origin of the Agricultural Patriotic and High-yield Movement and the great production movement in the Early Days of New China.In investigating the Yenan production campaign,the author chooses the organization form of the movement,the model worker movement,the general public and the effect of the movement as the main points,which corresponds to the second,third,fourth and fifth chapters of this paper,in order to show more continuity of history.At the same times,in order of time,elaborates the origin and development of the Agricultural Patriotic and High-yield Movement in the Early Years of New China,and introduces the related situation of Fuling County.Secondly,this paper mainly examines the related organizational forces of the Agricultural Patriotic and High-yield Movement,including the Communist Party of China,the people's Government,the Youth League and woman's groups.The establishment of sports leading bodies,the formulation of principles and policies,the support of agricultural technology,disaster relief and assistance in publicity and education,take the lead in increasing agricultural production,addressing the special difficulties of women and mobilizing women to participate in mutual aid organizations.And taking the first model workers' Congress of 1952 in Fuling County as the main body,and discusses in detail the "change" and "invari" in the formulation of the award standards for model worker,the discovery and cultivation of model worker.The recognition of model workers and the related situation of the groups and individuals of model workers,as well as how to summarize and promote the experience when the banner of high yield is set up,so as to influence and mobilize the more peasants to "organize",patriotic increase in production.Thirdly,this paper studies the thoughts and behaviors of ordinary people in theAgricultural Patriotic and High-yield Movement,Analyzing the psychological motive of peasants' participation in the movement,the thought worry of unwilling to participate in the movement,the complicated and complicated other ideological tendency,As well as the Communist Party of China to the peasants' ideological concerns and wrong psychological tendency to take a variety of response and response measures.Finally,this paper examines the effect of the movement and its historical experience and enlightenment.In general,Agricultural Patriotic and High-yield Movement in the context of
