Some Problems In Guizhou Province Organized Crime Syndicate

China’s current public security situation is quite complex, syndicate crimes arevery common and frequently happened. In Guizhou Province, number of scoundrelssuch as Weng’an "Yushan criminal syndicate ", Duyun "Pingqiao criminal syndicate",Panxian "mud criminal syndicate", Kaiyang "Huali criminal syndicate", along withtheir "protective umbrella", did all sorts of bullying Mafia harm to the mass civilians,made a serious threat to people’s lives, property security and social stability.The author of this writing mainly through the analysis of the more typical case inGuizhou Province occurred in recent years, extract the feature of Guizhou provinceorganized crimes of the underworld society analyzed and aimed at some problemsappear in the judicial practice of in-depth study. Finally, we conduct a comprehensiveconsideration of the above problem. It has strong theoretical and practical significancefor our punishment the crime of the underworld organization.The addition to the introduction and conclusion are divided into three chapters tostudy.The first chapter: the crime of the underworld organization overview in GuizhouProvince. This chapter is divided into two main parts.
