In petroleum engineering construction enterprise, because of the project of operation athome and abroad, the field construction operation and a long time not to go home tovisit relatives and other reasons, led to the front-line staff of the fast pace of work,working intensity, long single life, and the factors of caring family, children, the elderly(i.e. pressure source).Front-line staff had a growing trend of the psychologicalpressure, and the psychological problems became complex and diversified. In this paper,combined with the actual production management of China Petroleum FirstConstruction Corporation, be guided by Marx theory, by using the principle and methodof Ideological and political education, and the principles of administration psychology,was proposed to solve the psychological problems of employees, employees’psychological pressure adjustment means and methods, to attract, realize new increase.The so-called pressure refers to a kind of body and mind to reflect, as exogenous andendogenous two types. Research shows, a variety of pressures that the people live andwork in faced. And the adjustment of mood and emotion method, such as reasonablecatharsis, relaxation training, emotional transfer, using humor can relieve and eliminatepressure. This paper takes China Petroleum First Construction Corporation as carrier tocarry out case studies. Through the investigation and analysis, the principle ofcombination of Ideological and political education, puts forward and expounds variousinnovative approaches to employee pressure debugging. First of all, starting from themanagement way, the psychological pressure adjustment appropriate and effective. Forexample, using system method to improve the construction project schedulemanagement level; improving staff’s working environment, improve the HSEmanagement level; improving the management mode of construction project, adjust thebad pressure through system innovation. Secondly, starting from the organizationalbehavior way, psychological pressure adjustment appropriate and effective. Forexample, the implementation of employee assistance program, to overcome the negativepressure by improving interpersonal relationship; pay attention to individual differences,to overcome the negative pressure by meet the diverse needs of staff; motivateemployee dedication, contributing to society’s enthusiasm, to overcome the negativepressure through the social responsibility education. Thirdly, starting from theenterprise ideological and political work way, psychological pressure adjustmentappropriate and effective. For example, actively build a socialist core value system,improve the overall quality of the staff; give full play to the advantages of enterprisegrass-roots party ideological and political work, for employees to exclude the difficultyand anxiety; strengthen the building of the learning organization, the realization ofcommon development of individuals and enterprises. In this paper, from constructionenterprises angle of employee stress management practices, the use of the above methodto explore the formation and development of enterprise employees stress, and theproblem of management innovation, is also a new attempt.
