As a typical phenomenon in China’s urbanization, the village in the city becomes a part of thecity. Meanwhile, it is also the unavoidable problem with the development, because the villageoccupies the valuable space resource of the city. In recent years of the urbanization, the village inthe city has slowed down the city’s development because of the specific role and phenomenon aswell as the social problems resulted from the village in the city. This problem has also brought a lotof difficulties in the city daily management and becomes the urgent problem to be solved in thecity development at the current stage. It is quite a complicated and systematic problem, because itwill be affected by both the macroscopic mechanisms and detailed policies. It also has its owncharacteristics in different city areas with multiple levels of development.Cixi City is a county-level city under the Ningbo city. In2008May, the Hangzhou BayBridge opened to traffic, has brought a rare historical opportunity for Cixi, economic and socialdevelopment has made the achievements attract people’s attention, in2010,2011,2012, Cixi in100strong counties of countrywide ranked respectively sixth, sixth, eighth. But in Cixi City districts,because of historical development, the village in the city is very serious, these villages are mostlypoor environment, poor image, which is not conducive to the villagers living environmentimproved, is not conducive to the development of economy and society of cixi.In this paper, using the two urban and rural economic structure theory, analysis of theestablishment of the theoretical framework and research logic, the village in the city Cixi, startingfrom the economic, social, cultural, political, ecological perspective, analysis of its formationreasons, the present situation and existing problems, and according to the experience of Guangzhou,Zhuhai, Shenzhen transformation of other city. Cixi, combined with the actual development ofeconomic society, put forward reform, to function as the main body of the plate at the same time,for the reconstruction of the village, Cixi function plate renewal proposes a more scientific,comprehensive countermeasures and suggestions for the "build quality, Cixi City, provides thetheory support and happy home", a comprehensive, coordinated, sustainable development in orderto achieve Cixi.
