Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Reconstruction Of Urban Village Reconstruction In L District Of Changzhi City

Urban village is a special phenomenon in the process of rural urbanization in China.Under the dual land management system of urban and rural areas,it is caused by the contradiction between the rapid urban expansion and the relatively backward reform of urban management system.Its disorderly construction and development bring many problems to the modern urban management and affect the process of new urbanization construction.Therefore,it is necessary to revitalize the inefficient land,optimize the spatial structure,improve the quality of the city and enhance the level of social governance through the reconstruction of the village in the city.L District of Changzhi City is located in the main urban area of the city.L District will build the sub-central city core area of the province as the main direction,and improve the primacy of regional development by accelerating urban-rural integrated development.Along with the transformation of urban villages in L District,the management organization,economic organization,village land and villagers’ identity have undergone important changes,and the urban livability index has gradually improved.However,the transformation process of urban villages in L District is faced with many difficulties,which requires not only theoretical analysis,but also the summary of experience from the practical process.Article research mainly including: the first part of introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of the research for urban village reconstruction,in our country and other countries about the research status of urban village reconstruction,on the basis of defining the connotation of urban villages and urban village reconstruction,introduces a collaborative management and game theory,and analyzes the transformation of village inside city three modes;The second part and the third part are the empirical analysis.On the basis of the detailed introduction of the basic situation,transformation principles and progress in L district of Changzhi City,the problems and causes in the transformation are further analyzed.The last part studies the relationship among the government,developers,village collectives and villagers from the perspective of collaborative governance and game theory,and clarifies the responsibilities and obligations of each subject of urban village reconstruction,which provides reference for the next step of urban village reconstruction in L District.
