Study On The Influence Of Information Technology On Government Decision-making

Government decision-making is the core of the government management,decision-making quality directly linked to the government’s ruling level. In recent years,information technology, especially the rapid development of Internet technology, whichprovides a technical tool for the government and provides a technology platform for thegovernment and the public communication, will solve many social problems in the bud,played a "safety valve" role, while promote the level of government information publicity,is advantageous to the transparency of government decision-making.Article based on theoretical research at home and abroad, first of all, this paperexpounds the relevant theories of information technology and governmentdecision-making, as the theoretical foundation of the article. Secondly, from the analysisof information technology’s influence on government decision-making system, supportsystem, feedback system, which in the study of information technology’s influence onthe process of government decision-making support systems taking cloud computing asan example to conduct applied research, drawn a conclusion that information technologyplays a important role in reducing the decision-making costs, improving the efficiency ofgovernment decision-making, improving the decision-making body bounded rationality,and simplifying the feedback channels. Again, using the dialectical analysis method,Snowdon events, for example, pointed out the development of information technology onthe adverse effects of government decision-making. Finally, On the basis of aboveanalysis， this paper put forward some measures that change our governmentdecision-making in the context of information technology.
