The Research Of The Benign Interactive Mechanism To Help The Country Government To Maintain Stability And Help Farmers To Maintain Rights

Countries governance is world governance, counties stability is world stability.The major responsibility of the country government is to maintain the country social stability and development. As an agricultural country, agricultural abundance is national strong foundation, rich farmers is country rich, rural stability is social stability. Farmers are an important part of the county society. Protecting the legitimate rights of farmers is the important basis for the development and stability of the county to the government.In the current social transformation process, stakeholders have become more diversified, however. With the highlighting conflicts of interest and increasing of interestconflicts, the growing farm’s rights consciousness, more and more people maintain theirrights with group events. How to maintain stability, but also rights of people, how toget rid of the dilemma of the more instability and the safeguarding rights difficulty,we must have a correct view of the relationship between maintenance of stability and rights. And on this basis, we come to explore the benign interaction mechanism to helpthe government to maintain stability and help farmers to maintain rights. Thismechanism for the social harmony and national stability is of great significance.This paper uses the research method of Systematic approach and Case analysis, and the catalytically paradigm of interest-institutional-social-personal. From therelationship between maintenance of stability and rights and its decision basis, and fromthe five aspects of the value orientation, the rule of law, the social culture, socialorganization and the individual behaviors, this paper presents the efficiency of thebenign interactive mechanism condition and mechanism of action. As a case study ofthe D city from the northwest of Hubei province, it analyzes the benign interactivemechanism of operation situation and its trouble reasons. Finally according to thecurrent operation problem, this paper further puts forward the measures and suggestionsof building a benign interaction mechanism to help the government to maintain stabilityand help farmers to maintain rights.
