The crime of bribery using influence was in the 《criminal law amendment (7)》, it has set for the establishment of this crime, to further perfect our country legal system against corruption, at the same time can further lead our fight against corruption to the peak. The author hope that through further argument to be able to help as this crime in judicial practice, can effectively the prevention and punishment of this crime, in order to make the fair justice is better served.This paper will use three parts to analyze the influence of bribery:The first part explains the legislative background and significance of the Crime of Taking Bribes by Influence.
