With the world’s first copyright law—"Annie Act" of UK was born on1710, the development of copyright had undergone earth-shaking changes in just a few hundred years. The development of copyright has appeared from the impact and scope of protection, to the international cooperation, even to the change of the network age, it has accompanied by the rapid development of human civilization for hundreds of years and made great contributions for the spread of human knowledge. At the beginning of the personal computer application the computer was just used as a typewriter or convenient tool of scientific computing, it was not been used widely. The network technology arose in the late1980s, the computer had become to pass the information with the development of the Internet. In the digital age, the greatest influence on copyright law is that it has completely changed the original copy and spread ways and impacted on the existing copyright system. Many countries have made some exploration and innovation in the world.The United States was the first country to establish network copyright law. The rules have impacted on the legislation of other countries and international treaties. Chinese network copyright law based on the United States and the perfection of the law accompanied the transplantation,modification and trade conflict between China and United States.Today, our country has been basically completing the construction of network copyright law, meanwhile we have been developing the self transformation and innovation combining the national conditions.We still have a long way to go about researching on the influence of legal transplantation and legal localization.This article attempts to give some advice by comparing the historical sources and realistic system from China and the United States.
