Discussion On The Legal Validity Of The Legislation

During the modern society, people have already focused on the quality of law enforcement other than the quantity of law. So the concept of "the validity of law" has been paid much more attention. The key point of the concept is whether the law can be put into use successfully. The core concept of the paper is "the validity of law" and there are several questions will be solved in the paper. First, what is "the validity of law"? Second, how about the implementation of "the validity of law"? Third, which is the reason of law’s losing efficacy? Forth, what shall we do to solve the problem?The paper contains introductory theory and five parts. The introduction is used to summarize original purpose and ideas of the paper. In this part, we also reveal the shortage of the present research.In the first chapter, we specialized each item of the concept and make an analysis of similar problems. At last we a give a definition of the concept.In the second chapter, we listed some phenomenon of law’s losing efficacy. We try to find the reason why legislator’s original intention always fails when they put into use. The third chapter turned to make an analysis of the problem. In the paper, we mainly focus on the legislation process.The forth chapter shows us some ways to deal with the problem. Only by attaching importance to every single step in legislation, can we solve the problem. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the paper.
