With the rapid development of economy, our daily life service facilities is also increasing, life more convenient, fast, accompanied by an increase in these facilities has also brought another problems for us, and when these for our services to our interests are infringed, how to protect their own interests does not suffer encroach on, for example, the occurrence of road, bridge of the damage caused by the case, how do we need to compensate. By the state to maintenance, custody or set for these public buildings, the main responsibility should be borne by the state, and the others are ordinary citizens, so by the national compensation, or through the civil compensation, the controversial divide the responsibility subject. China will this such cases of compensation for damage in civil range, and the scope is too narrow. Foreign related legal comparison will be included in the national compensation scope of such cases in the basic.So the public buildings compensation for damage should be included in the scope of state compensation to carry out discussion, is divided into four parts.
