With the development of economy,the phenomenon of harming consumer’s rights often occurred,even has the increasingly intense trendency.Only established a perfect litigation system of the consumer public interest, we could actually maintain consumer public interest and improve the legal system of protecting consumer public interest. This article explores the predicament of consumer public inierest litigation in our country, hope to have the enlightenment to perfect it.Except the introduction and conclusion,this article includes three parts.The first chapter is an outline of the consumer public interest litigation. Mainly studying four parts:legislation, plaintiff qualifications,difficult to sue and onus,the effectiveness of judgment and litigation costs,in order to resolve the predicament of consumer public interest litigation.
