Again, the actualsituation of China’s prison system, built four-dimensional Balanced Scorecard performanceevaluation index system. Finally, the specific circumstances of Z prison, analyze its practicalfeasibility of the system performance evaluation index system has been constructed for areasonable screening and correction, and thus help to Z index of prison management, andanalysis of its expected application of the Balanced Scorecard effect.This paper theoretically proved the feasibility of applying the principles of the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation of the prison system, and case studies, through casestudies validate Z prison in prison BSC performance evaluation role.
