I believe that the middle class of small and medium-sized cities inChina in small quantities, can be great space for development, along with the growth of age,the proportion of constantly increasing depict the path of the development of the middleclass of small and medium-sized cities and ultimately the formation of the causes for myolive The society has some help.The research content is important to be divided into to two aspects: first, through theanalysis of the survey data, the middle class in Nan yang City, roughly described, includingconsumption, leisure, political participation, class composition, self-identity and stratapressure. Conclusions based on data analysis combined with interviews of the middle classand the middle, come to the main problem faced by the middle class generation in NanyangCity, including the employment pressure, lack of security, lack of self-identity, needs thesupport of government policies.The research method using a combination of quantitative research and qualitativeresearch methods: quantitative aspects, survey data analysis, descriptive statistics,correlation analysis using specific methods of data analysis; qualitative research method isnostructured interview method, and the combination of theory and analysis of the results ofprevious studies, the conclusions and perspectives for further induction and deduction.This paper argues that through research, Nan yang City, the middle class has thefollowing characteristics: consumption ahead but irrational, mindless consumption, andcomparisons between the wind prominent exhibit in automobile consumption societyshowing certain impetuous wind. The middle class is a general lack of reasonable leisure, most of the main casino, a single spiritual life. Most of them have their own unique viewson government policies, but the lack of channels for political participation, muddling alongideological issues involving their own interests. The middle class generally faced with thepressure of housing, medical care and education for their children. The middle class in Nanyang City has a lower rate universal self-identity and complex class constituents. Comparedwith the middle class, non-middle-class in Nan yang City come to the problemsencountered in the process of growing up are mainly the following aspects: employmentpressure, lack of education, high demand for the government’s policy support, social issuessuch as inequality of opportunity.
