One is to unify the various legal system ofjuveniles in a legal norm, then the recipient to expand the scope of, be equal to protectunderage victim. Second, systemic legal aid personnel training, improve theirprofessional knowledge and professional quality. Three is, improve the supervisionand evaluation mechanism, establish a perfect mechanism of cohesion, make theperfect combination of legislation and practice. Four is, expand the source of funds,increase the legal aid workers, by perfecting each link to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of juveniles in the criminal procedure.
