Intellectual property rights an important part of corporate capital, when companies began to realize the economic benefits of intellectual property to create a very considerable, copyright infringement of intellectual property rights is growing, this increased the difficulty of intellectual property protection. Based on this, the intellectual property insurance in the United States born on demand and gradually developed in the developed countries, though barely more than20years of history, but in the developed world has formed a relatively complete legal system. Has just started and our country’s intellectual property system, now in its pilot phase, both in terms of systems required for building a Foundation, or IP insurance theory study requires further exploration. At the same time, analysis of foreign insurance legal system of intellectual property rights on the basis of relevant recommendations envisaged.
