Study On Intellectual Property Securitization

Intellectual property securitization has been successfully practice in the western countries。Our country also began to try。This paper research the legal issues on securitization of intellectual property in order to guide practice better。First of all I introduces the domestic and foreign related development and intellectual property legislation。Then analyzes the necessity and possibilities of the intellectual property securitization。According to the securitization standard, the second chapter investigate the intellectual property rights on our current intellectual property law perspective。Chapter 3 present the existing legal issues when we construct the asset pool on static legal status and dynamic operation angle。The following chapter makes a detailed analysis on the construction of special purpose vehicle, and propose the most ideal building form should be trust mode。some credit enhancement measures from external and internal two aspects are suggested。Finally According to our present social situation,three pragmatic proposal were put forward...
