Valuation Risk Prevention And Control Research Patent Assets

The value assessment of patent assets is a hot topic in the field of intellectual property rights in recent years, it is closely related to that China encourages scientific technological innovation and transformation of scientific research achievements, it is also the demands of building an innovation-oriented country and promoting in-depth development of knowledge economy. The value assessment of patent assets is an important part of related economic activities and legal affairs, involving such as patent license, transformation of scientific research achievements, securitization, trust, trading, investment and financing, infringement litigation and so on. The influence factors of the evaluation risks relate to the sustainable development of patent and the realization of social and economic benefits. However, which is inconsistent with the reality demand, at present there is a big gap in value assessment of patent assets in China. Although some relevant literatures show that there have been experts and scholars doing research and analysis from the perspectives of financial evaluation and technology assessment, still lack of standardized and specific value assessment of patent assets with strong operability.Therefore, in order to promote scientific development and technological progress, this article is based on legal perspective of R&D, combined with intangible assets and other related concepts, analyzes associated risks and influence factors of value assessment of patent assets, advances its risk prevention and control legal measures, to realize the biggest benefits of patent assets value maintenance and operation in China.
