| Labor is a very important activity of human society, and is also an important source of social wealth and personal wealth. It is because of the labor, people’s material and cultural life needs is able to continuously satisfy. Labor relations is one of the most basic economic relationships of modern society, it is not only one of the core issues in the field of labor law relations, but also one of the most basic practical problems in the modern economic society.On the occasion of Labor Contract of the People’s Republic of China being issued and implemented the fifth anniversary, this paper is on the basis of hearing the labor dispute cases in Tow Levels of the People’s Court in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province for the past five years, and by analyzing the statistics of such cases in judicial system and investigations for the judges who handling the cases, to explore since the Labor Contract of the People’s Republic of China promulgated, the main characteristics and problems presented in the process of hearing labor dispute cases of Two Levels of the People’s Court in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, and put forward the author’s thoughts and suggestions, in order to make the people’s court for the trial of labor dispute cases a slight benefit. |
