Limit Free Speech Rights

The freedom of speech is one of the basic rights of citizens in the Constitution, however, it has boundary and needs to be limited legitimately. For the internet, the freedom of speech also needs to be limited in a right way. The basic theory of the limit is that obligation is an integral part of the right. We can limit the freedom of speech of the internet from the legal regulation and the extrajudicial document of regulation. The former one includes the limit of Constitution and the limit of legal restriction; the latter one contains the limit of morality and the self-regulation of the internet. And of course, all of the limits must have boundary. There are three principles:Ban case law, Requirements specified terms and Guarantee the basic contents. Combined with the current status of legislation of our country, we should strengthen the examining and cleaning laws and regulations, establish special laws. All of these is to establish a more perfect legal system.
