After several months of case analying, the summary, the author thinks:the ownership of the virtual property should be relegated to operators, and use right belong to the user, for the virtual property rights, is the basis of inheriting and necessary and maneuverability, as for the problems in the inheritance of the right to the use, can be solved through the design of concrete system completely.In this paper, the text is divided into three parts:The first part is the foundation of this paper, some basic questions of the virtual property, such as virtual property rights. First of all, talked about the meaning of the virtual property, the scope and type of virtual property, and emphatically expounds the narrow and broad lists common in life, by sorting out the scope of virtual property and; Secondly, in the deep analysis on the basis of the legal attribute of virtual property at the various theories about the legal attribute of virtual property, to the legal attribute of virtual property has a more profound understanding.The second part analyzes the virtual property can be inherited. This article mainly from the basis of the virtual property right ownership and inheritance, inheritance, the necessity and feasibility of four aspects were analyzed. In contemporary China, it’s not hard to see, Internet is developing very rapidly, increasing, rich digital property, inheritance of problems to be settled as soon as possible, and the virtual property right of inheritance is completely feasible.In the third section try to design the concrete system of virtual property inheritance, in the hope of a better, more successfully solve the problem of virtual property inheritance.
