Along with the acceleration of our country’s industrialization,the farmers have becomethe main part of our modernization conitruction.They can be found in meny servicefrofessions,such as miniry,iron,textile,trainsportation,citycleaners.They are closely related tothe normal operation of the city and the modernization of our country.The lommunist Party ofChina first fout forward the new generation of migrant workers in the central files in2010(thecentral file No.1).It proposed “to solve the problems of the new generation of migrantworkers”,which reflected the attention paid by the Party lentral lommittee.Wen Jiabao referthe generation pointed out that the new generation of migrant workers after80s or the secondgeneration of migrant workers. At present, the number of the new generation of migrantworkers has more than one hundred million.The18th NPC stresses "retain the new generationof migrant workers",which shows the new generation of migrant workers play a more andmore important role in today’s society.Strengthening the research on the new generation ofmigrant workers is very urgent, and the research of the ideological and political education isimportant for the construction of China’s socialist development, and harmonious society. So, ithas a very important theoretical significance to pay attention to and strengthen the ideologicaland political education of the new generation of migrant workers, help them get ridof dilemma, improve their ideological and moralqualities and scientific andcultural knowledge, and help them go into the city. Study on the problems ways and measuresof ideological and political education for the new generation of migrant workers, can providereference for related departments to make deusons on the new generation of migrantworkers of ideological and political education.This paper begins with a brief overview of the new generation of migrant workers,andthen causes of their thought characteristics,ideological status and situationan are followed.Alot of problems are found in the process of analysis, and then several measures on the newgeneration of migrant workers’ ideological and political aspects are proposed. Thedialectical relationship between generality and individuality refers to,common inpersonality,personality and common constraints,commonness and individuality can transformmutually under certain conditions. Contradictions exist everywhere,so the research on the newgeneration of migrant workers has to proceed from the two aspects of generality andindividuality.
