A Study On Improvement Methods On The China’s National Cohesion Under New Situation

National cohesion is the result of interaction of many factors under the particular historical condition since reform and opening. It has the character of objective reality, multivariate oneness and dialectical unity. The national cohesion got rapid progress since20years reform and opening. However, it is also faced with severe challenges at the same time. Influnced by many factors, national cohension coexist with opportunities and challenges, which presents a very complicated development situation. Chinese national cohesion is the intrinsic motivation that China in the complicated and changeable international and domestic environment relies for survival and development, independence and unity. We must strive to enhance national cohesion to realize the great rejuvenation of China. It has very important theoretical and practical significance to clarify the nature and characteristics of cohesion under the new situation, analyze the connotation and composition of national cohesion, and discuss the ways to enhance national cohesion in the new period under the historical process of building a well-being society in every sense and accelerating socialist modernization. This thesis is intended to identify the scientific connotation, component and function of international cohension, understand the significance of enhance nationalcohesion, realize social problems that caused by our country’snational cohesion decline and its reasons under the new situation,with the aim to find the specific method to improve nationalcohension under the new situation.
