Course Of The Chinese Communist Government

Construction of a clean government is an important part of the construction ofthe Chinese Communist Party, strengthening the construction of the party is animportant measure to keep the flesh-and-blood ties between the party and the masses,also to consolidate the ruling status of the party. Construction of a clean governmentparty directly influences the effect of the ruling foundation of the party, to enhance thegovernance capability of the party, also affects the party to complete the historicaltask of building a well-off society. For the transition period of China, constructionmeasures and system reform is still in the process of perfection, the soil for breedingcorruption and conditions still exist, must not to move or retreat, to seek truth fromfacts to oppose corruption, and continuously improve the ability to resist corruptionand degeneration of the party against the risks.This paper studies the history of the Communist Party of China building anhonest and clean government, clean government as well as puts forward prospectsand ideas of the future construction of an honest and clean government. In theory,using the perspective of reshaping history, objectively to tease out the developmentstages of construction of a clean government party; using the methods of summaryand comparison to objectively divide the party at all stages of building a cleangovernment, is the inheritance and development of Marx doctrine and Mao Zedongthought, in reality, summarizing the characteristics and laws in the process ofbuilding a clean government, and on the basis,deeply exploring the main point ofconstruction of a clean and honest administration in the new era, are providing areference for future construction of anti-corruption development.Firstly, the reasons and background of the Communist Party of China honestconstruction are analyzed, and it teases out a series of related literature of theconstruction of a clean and honest administration, summarizes the different methodsand experiences about the internal and external construction in this paper.Secondly,the history of the party construction of a clean and honest administration for more than90years is deeply divided and summarized, and combining with differenthistorical background and different policy,it sums up the characteristics of each stageof the construction of a clean and honest administration. Finally, combining with thecourse of study, it explores the construction of future development, and puts forwardthe concept.
