Research On The System Anti-Corruption Of The Communist Party Of China Since 18th CPC National Congress

Corruption is a disease that has plagued the human society development,the nature and purpose of our party has decided our party must fight against corruption resolutely,since its inception,the anti-corruption struggle never stop,but corruption is not contained.The new collective leadership of our country analysis corruption situation and harm after the 18th of the National People's Congress,and with a strong force to countered Corruption,corruption situation has been curbed.In the process of anti-corruption,the new leadership has constantly put forward new ideas of anti-corruption that including making top-level design on the fight against corruption,adhering to the fundamental basis for symptoms,establishing a long-term mechanism of anti corruption,these views broke the pattern of institutional anti-corruption unprecedentedly.The first chapter of the thesis introduces the basic theory of the system anti-corruption.First of all,to define the connotation of corruption,institutional and Institutional CorruptionIn;Secondly,combing the theory of classical writers,including Marx,Engels and Lenin.Finally,review the history of the anti-corruption of our party system.In a word,This chapter lay the theoretical foundation for this article.The second chapter of the thesis introduces the new development of the construction of the anti-corruption system on the basis of the inheritance of our history.First,the style of construction.Secondly,the effect of the anti-corruption system construction is discussed.Again,the power is supervised more powerful.In a word,this chapter this chapter analyzes the innovation of the system of anti-corruption after 18th CPC National Congress.The third chapter of this paper mainly introduces the problems in the construction of the system after the eighteenth.The problems of anti corruption is long-term problems,and will not be achieved overnight.These problems mainly include the construction of anti corruption system is not perfect,power structure still needs to be improved,The role of the supervision system has not been play completely.In a word,this chapter finds out the problem in order to solve them.The fourth chapter puts forward the improvement way of the system anti-corruption.First of all,learn from the experience of foreign countries to inspire our country's anti-corruption;secondly,strengthen the education of the official clearance to strengthen the ideological consciousness;finally,deepen the reform of the political system as the background,innovation system anti-corruption model.
