Legal Aid Nonprofit Private Universities

In recent years, China’s relevant private universities is increasing. Most scholarsbelieve that should be non-profit and for-profit private colleges private collegesclassified management. However, after the classification management, how todevelop a non-profit private colleges, their legal status, how to protect incentives forsuch questions, scholars explore less. From the perspective of this study to look atthe development of the legal text nonprofit private universities.In this study, a qualitative research-based, approach to the study of literature,case law, investigation. Through research and analysis of the existing legal texts andJilin Huaqiao Foreign Languages Institute, Zhejiang Shuren University and othernon-profit private universities, non-profit private colleges have seen in thedevelopment of the existing problems.The study is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. Withinthis section, mainly on the study of the origin of the study, purpose, significance,and defines the core concepts, but also on the current research are summarized andpresented for this study research methods and innovation place. The second part isthe theoretical basis. To educate the public welfare theory, educational theory ofproperty rights, education, income distribution theory as the theoretical support ofthis study. The third part is the development of non-profit status of privateuniversities. In this chapter, the author of the establishment of non-profit privateuniversities, change, termination talk, then talk about the current security operationoutside the school, as well as internal financial management system, and finally talkabout security inside the main interests.
