Study On Strengthening Party Construction In Private Colleges And Universities

The Party building work in private universities is a new task for universities in the new era to implement fully and rigor self-governance of the Party,and it is also the focus and difficulty of the current Party building work.Due to the difference in leadership system of private universities,there exist differences in management system and operation mechanism,which leads to great differences in Party building work.The 19 th National Congress Report of the Communist Party of China put forward a new height and overall plan for party building.Under the leadership of Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the Party Central Committee,private universities must,according to their own actual situation,creatively carry out the Party building work and give full play to the political core role of the party organization,which is an urgent issue to be solved in private universities.The Party and the state have successively issued a series of policies and regulations to improve and guide the party building of private universities.However,many policies and regulations are difficult to implement,which requires private universities to accurately grasp the political core position of party organizations,stimulate the vitality of Party building work,and constantly adapt to economic and social development and meet the needs of modernization of higher education.This paper takes Longqiao University as the research object,through literature research,data analysis and other methods to study the party construction work in private colleges and universities.According to the relevant provisions of the party and the state on the party construction work in private colleges and universities,combined with the importance and particularity of the party construction work in private colleges and universities,this paper points out the problems existing in the party construction work in Longqiao University,and analyzes the reasons for them On this basis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the Party Construction in private colleges and universities.Private colleges and universities are the educational cause under the leadership of the party.We must recognize the importance of Party construction.In the actual school management,we should constantly improve the status of Party construction,enhance the research of Party construction,and innovate the path and method of Party construction,so as to give play to the important role of Party Construction in promoting the reform and development of schools,and ensure the quality of education The orientation of the school is unshakable to ensure the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and promote the high-quality development of the school.
