In ancient Chinese, all types of property crimes are called "Six stolen goods". The legal responsibility system of "Six stolen goods" consists of three parts, which are the Subject of responsibility, the principle of responsibility, and the Form of responsibility. Different dynasties have different responsibility of the legislations on the "Six stolen goods", this is because of the social situation is changing, and the economic criminal policy in the legislation is changing too. The Qing Dynasty is the last feudal dynasty in China, The feudal autocracy in this period reached a peak, is also reflected in the legislations on the "Six stolen goods", Therefore, the legal responsibility of the "Six stolen goods" provisions with characteristics of the times. In addition to the characteristics of the times in the Qing Dynasty, as the Qing Dynasty was founded by the Manchu people, the legislation of "Six stolen goods" legal responsibility also has the national characteristics, the interests of the Manchu people were protected very well. Consequently, it is meaningful to study the legal responsibility of the "Six stolen goods" in the Qing Dynasty.In the Code of Qing Dynasty, the Legal Subject of property crime were divided into different types, one of the most important classification method, which is in accordance with ethnic composition to divide the type of subject, this classification method can better protect the interests of members of different ethnic groups. Besides, attitudes to the principle of responsibility were hardening, the official economic crime were becoming more and more strict, and the protection of state property is being strengthened. The most important point is that, the form of punishments became more severe. There were different kinds of cruel corporal punishment in order to crack down economic crime. Great changes have taken place in the economic crime legislation of the Qing Dynasty, the reason behind them worthy of further study.Comparing the legislation in different times, especially with the Tang Dynasty and the Ming Dynasty comparison, to find out what was the protection object of property crime in the Qing Dynasty, and what was the legal characteristics of the "Six stolen goods" in Qing Dynasty. Through the method of historical method, and the method of comparative study, analysis of specific provisions of the law in the Qing Dynasty, to discover the rules of the economic crime law in the Qing Dynasty.
