The United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) is the first global legally binding international anti-corruption instrument, in which the importance of international judicial cooperation against corruption is particularly emphasized and the contents and measures of cooperation are detailedly stated. It is of great significance for instructing all nations, including China, to conduct globally anti-corruption cooperation.This paper, except Introduction and Conclusion, consists of three parts. In the first part, criminal judicial assistance overview, including the concepts, features, classifications and principles of international criminal-judicial-assistance; In the second part, in UNCAC are introduced, and some stipulates on recovery and return of illicit assets and on extradition rules are chiefly introduced; in the third part, the how to perfect the mechanism of criminal judicial assistance in this state is researched, the situations and problems existing in implementing these systems in China are introduced, and some specific suggestions, for perfecting international criminal judicial assistance in China, are pertinently given by the author pointing at the obstacles meeting in practices. The conclusion, made through detailed discussion in above three parts, is that only through transforming the idea, enhancing the reform of correlative domestic laws and perfecting the legal procedures to conform with international, may our anti-corruption obtain the coordination from international society and our fundamental goal of combating crime come true.
