The Study And Application On Computer Forensic Technology For Drug Crime Cases

To combat drug-related criminal activities through narcotics investigation is the most direct means to solve the drug problem flooding. Since the drug crime cases are recessive cases, generally with no clear crime scene, also no specific informant, no victim, but it has obvious intelligence, networking, concealed, and a variety of criminal means, increasing the difficulty of the investigation findings. Collect, obtain evidence of drug-related crime are key links in narcotics investigations, and it also ensures the combat effectiveness of the premise. But the evidence of a single type of drug crimes is easily to be destroyed, which become the difficult problem in finding, collecting and identify. Application of electronic forensics technology in the drug crime cases, can enrich the investigative techniques and broaden the types of evidence, became a weapon that solving the problems of drug crime cases difficult to find, with evidence sources less and difficult to obtain. Therefore, in the current context of the information society, electronic forensics research in drug crime cases has great practical significance to improve the combat effectiveness and curb the spread of drugs. Based on the characteristics of the drug crime cases, and using the theory and method of electronic forensics technology, thesis on electronic forensics technology in drug cases is in this study. The main contents are as follows:This thesis summarizes current research situation of electronic forensics technology, and analyzes the application situation of electronic forensic technology in the field of the anti-drug. Aims at the problems that lack of research results, initiative evidence and depart forensics and investigation, combining with the characteristics of drug crime laws and monographic study of electronic technology in forensic cases of drug-related crimes, system summarized resource and classification of electronic evidence of drug-related criminal cases and analyzes common forensics methods, such as mobile phone evidence, evidence of online transactions, e-mail and internet chat evidence.For the needs of judicial practice, a comprehensive research on electronic evidence of drug crimes forensics of design analysis model is conducted, using static and dynamic forensics technology, analysis model of a suitable drug crime investigation and evidence collection is designed. The model starts from the drug crime and analyses the module of data collection, data processing, data analysis, evidence extraction and evidence submission in aspect of function and implementation process, and combines it with the thoughts of honey pot and temptation investigation to improve initiative when fighting against drug-related criminal activities. On this basis, a system structure of a suitable drug crime investigation and forensics is designed.
