Research On Legal Regulation Issues Of Arms Trade

As a special kind of commodity trade, arms trade directly affects the peace of the world order. Nowadays, the international community and local instability, a plethora of weapons is one of the important factors causing the situation. A plethora of weapons from the lack of the arms trade regulation system. The international community needs to establish the regulation of arms trade system, including the various countries domestic arms trade regulation system and the establishment of international bilateral and multilateral arms trade regulation system, maintaining world peace.Multilateral legal system has already established the international regulation of the trade in weapons at present.Unconventional weapons trade multilateral legal regulation system is the most representative. Regulate the multilateral system of trade in conventional weapons have been working hard to build. The entry into force of the Arms Trade Treaty is a global regulation of conventional weapons trade new hope, for the global arms trade is of great significance to establish the system of rules and regulations. Countries set up the regulation of domestic system of trade in weapons, which is the national interests as the starting point to build up. It is not conducive to the arms trade regulation and is easy to cause the spread of the global arms trade. Throughout the existing weapons trade regulation system, there are still many deficiencies to be perfected.This article system elaborated the existing regulation of unconventional weapons trade and multilateral legal regulation system of trade in conventional weapons. The United States, Russia and Germany, France and Britain are representative arms exporter of domestic legal regulation system. This article explores the construction of arms trade legal regulation system of our country, perfect our country’s legal regulation system of trade in weapons.The full text is divided into introduction, body and conclusion of three parts. The body is divided into four chapters:The first chapter "the arms trade legal regulation overview", wraparound introduces the weapons trade and trade law regulation, with emphasis on the meaning of the arms trade law regulation, significance, principles and its evolution. The second chapter "the legal regulating of the main weapons exporter trade", analyzes the United States, Russia and represented by Germany, France and Britain of the European Union member states legal system of regulating arms trade.The third chapter "the arms trade legal regulation of multilateral coordination", this paper expounds the unconventional of multilateral legal regulation of the arms trade, conventional arms trade of multilateral legal regulation, the key analysis to the entry into force of the Arms Trade Treaty.The fourth chapter "arms trade in our country legal regulation", respectively introduces the arms trade in our country legal regulation of the present situation and the existing problem, then on this basis to put forward the suggestions of perfecting our country’s arms trade law regulation.
