The fourth part is the Suggestions to improve residential parking space ownership legislation in China, about our country village on the ownership of the parking space problems still exist many drawbacks, more and more owners appeared in this area, so for the improvement of the residential parking space is beneficial to our country society harmonious, residential owners interests guarantee, want to put forward some Suggestions to make reference to our country society.
