Study On Some Problems Of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement In Economically Developed Town

Since the reform and opening up, China has continuously launched administrativereform basically guided by devolution of power to lower levels, during which the structuralreform of comprehensive enforcement of administrative law in economically developedtowns plays a significant role in the "Power Expansion of Strong Town" reformation.Under the background of constructing harmonious society, this thesis, exemplified by thecomprehensive administrative law enforcement practices in economically developed townsof Suzhou, has researched the power sources, current situations and problems ofcomprehensive administrative law enforcement. After analyzing those problems in Suzhousome suggestions have been given from the perspective of administrative law theory,which also provides a reference for other economically developed towns, promotes China’sadministrative enforcement deepening reform legally and provides supports for thestandardization of the government’s innovative management.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the town ofcomprehensive administrative law enforcement. Secondly, from a theoretical point of view,this thesis has analyzed the concept of comprehensive administrative enforcement and thelegality of power sources of the comprehensive enforcement in economically developedtowns and provided suggestions to solve the problem of power sources, that is, locallegislations.Besides, through the research in pilot towns of Suzhou, combing the status oflaw enforcement, problems have been analyzed, and recommendations have been put forward. Finally, by analyzing the whole paper theoretically to practically, theory andpractice of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in economically developedtowns have been combined and conclusions have been given on the power sources, powerresolutions and other aspects.
