As a new way of punishment by China’s introduction, Community corrections has its unique value. The implementation of community correction’s function can not be separated from the legal supervision of procuratorial organ. The first chapter introduces community corrections supervision by the relevant concepts, basic characteristics, pointes out the realities of community corrections supervision role, provides theoretical support for research through the conceptual analysis. The second chapter talks the development situation of community corrections supervision, troop strength, institutional mechanisms, monitoring, supervision and social awareness of the effect in heze city through visits and questionnaires. The third chapter pointes out the common and personality problems on legal supervision of community corrections in heze city through on investigation information of objective analysis. On the system level, the law is not enough detail, supervision mechanism is not perfect, and the supervision means lack of coercive power; In terms of procuratorial organ itself,It has some problems, such as no specifically supervision institutions, supervision power weak, organ internal missing horizontal tie, funding guarantees insufficient, functions positioning enough accurate and social publicity enough. The fourth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to existing problems. From perfecting legal supervision regulations and system aspects of community correction, makes unified authority of legal, operational implementation rules and perfect supervision work mechanism especially community correction information shared mechanism, and enhanced supervision of rigid effectiveness; From strengthing prosecutorial organ on legal supervision of community correction, sets specifically of community correction legal supervision institutions, clear supervision focus links, strengthened supervision team construction, and raising the social awareness and public participation.
